Allow Comments

Enable assignees to add comments against a response. The comments added here are not visible on the report screen, but can be seen by clicking on the Comments icon. To see comments as part of the core report, go for a descriptive type questions instead. Comments can however be downloaded as part of the excel export.

Comments can have a customized label and can also undergo validations so only text, number, mail id or a specific length alphanumeric string gets permitted

Allow Attachments

You can allow assignees to attach files along with the questions response Attachments can be doc (supports ppt, pdf, doc, xls, zip), image, audio or video.

Only 1 attachment can be attached with 1 question For additional files to be uploaded together go for a zip file or add more questions. 

When ‘only image’ option is permitted, multiple images can also be uploaded together. There are additional validations in Question properties to limit submissions to live camera evidence, portrait or landscape images only 

Attachments can be made mandatory or left optional

Detractor

Audit

When you define a question as ‘Detractor’, the response to this question overwrites the score of the entire section or the entire audit. This is commonly used for handling Non-negotiables for the business. Only Multiple choice questions  can be defined as a Detractor. Once you check this property, you will see an option to define, which answer options lead to the score being over written and whether the score for only the section or the entire audit shall be overwritten by this Detractor condition.

For example,

Question(Weightage) : Is the Product quality as per standards?

Answer options (Weightage) : Yes (10) , Minor Deviation (5), Major Deviation (0)

In this case only ‘Major Deviation’ can be defined as a Detractor condition and thus, if the answer is ‘Major Deviation’, the score for the section in which this question resides, or the score of the entire audit shall become “0”. If the answer is ‘Yes’ or ‘Minor Deviation’, the score shall be as calculated.

Not Applicable

Audit | Checklist

Certain parameters may not be applicable to certain locations and can be marked as ‘Not Applicable’ by the assignee, to prevent them from showing up in the form again. Example: If my location does not have a particular product category, questions around that product category will not be shown to me again once I mark then as ‘Not Applicable’

For entities where a question is marked an ‘Not applicable’ the percentage score calculation will exclude it from both the numerator and the denominator when calculating the % score

Example: If Question 1 has answer options ‘A’ and ‘B’, and Question 2 is dependent on Question 1 answer option ‘B’, then the question will show in the form only if the assignee answers ‘A’ to Question 1. 

Dependencies can be built only on Multiple choice and Net promoter score question responses

Question Tag

Audit

Question tag allows you to define a property against a question that is visible in the report and allows you to view some information around the question. Example: Priority level of the Audit point

Reference Link

Reference links are useful for attaching ‘Terms and Conditions’ or other such links along with forms (specially Public forms). The user can click on the link to refer an external url while filling the form. The Reference link is only accessible through the browser view and cannot be accessed through the mobile app.
