A collection of common questions for those new to using Wooqer to simplify the way they work.

How do I log in to Wooqer?

When your company gives you access to the Wooqer platform you will receive an email with your login details. It will include the URL where you can log in to the platform as well as your username and password. Your username is generally your corporate email address. We recommend changing your password after your first login.

How do I reset my password?

Go to your company’s Wooqer URL and choose the “forgot password” link. Enter your email address and the system will send you a link with a temporary password to log in with. Upon logging in change your password. If you click the “forgot password” link multiple times only the most recent temporary password will be valid.

How do I change my password?

Log in to Wooqer and select “my profile” from the top right hand corner of the screen. Go to “edit profile” and select “change password.” You can also modify your profile and include a photo, change your phone number, and share a little bit about yourself with your colleagues.

Where can I go for more help?

From the mobile app choose the menu icon in the top left of the screen. Choose the help icon in the middle to open the Wooqer Help Library. You can also contact your Wooqer Administrator for more information on how your company is using Wooqer to Simplify Operations.
