In line with its missions to digitize as many savings opportunities as there and make them available for search and browse, Wooqer aggregates all publicly available 'complete' promotions as well as posts promotions directly from advertisers. Following guidelines constitute the content framework for Wooqer:

• Advertiser Direct Content: These are promotions posted through Wooqer Pbox mostly by the advertisers directly. All content, offer, promotions, images and promotions description remain the intellectual property and responsibility of the advertiser. Wooqer makes all reasonable efforts to monitor promotions to ensure they are in line with Wooqer framework, but does not take any responsibility for data entry mistakes, fulfillment, product misrepresentation and/or misleading content. Consumers are encouraged to report misleading content and Wooqer shall take definitive action against the same.
• Publicly available Content: Wooqer makes an effort to digitize as much publicly available content as possible from print, and other media. We take care not to reproduce any work of art that is intellectual property of an artist or company. However, Wooqer only uploads promotions that qualify as "complete" promotions in Wooqer terms of understanding.
• Invitation to submit original artwork: Wooqer is about brands and makes an effort to credibly present the same. We invite brands, entities and advertisers to share original logos, images, updates stores, promotions and product description with Wooqer and Wooqer shall assign credit to company/artist for the same. We do not share or use your artwork for any other purpose except for credibly representing your promotions, products, and brand identity on Wooqer properties.
• Complete Promotion: Any complete promotion should clearly mention the Retail price, offer, consumer benefit (savings/Gain/Prize), participating stores, start date and end date for the promotion.
• Changing duration for the promotion: Customers using Pbox can advance or bring forward the promotion end date on their own. For promotions aggregated from public information, Wooqer makes best effort to scan and keep information current. However, advertisers/consumers can notify Wooqer for any such change at content@wooqer.com.
• Share a promotion: If you have a promotion in your vicinity, you can take a picture of the same and email to content@wooqer.com. We thank you for sharing savings with all of us.
